Patti

History

Patti Thompson was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  She graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and Iowa State University with a degree in computer science.

Work

Most of her career has been working in IT particularly ERP Human Resources software. Recently she has worked with Peoplesoft for the past 15 years, currently at MITRE corporation. She is also skilled at SQL, 4GL programming and traditional languages such as COBOL. Recently see has been working a lot with CA Clarity PPM

Fun

Patti is quite interested in crafts, gardening and wine. She maintains a greenhouse,

Water Garden and several flower gardens,
Flower Garden flower gardens outside. Attached the house there is a 30 foot greenhouse with several 100 plants.  Although she has done a number of different textile crafts in the past the current favorite is beading.
Multi-Strand Necklace She is also an expert at crochet, bobbin lace and cross stitch.

Patti prefers dry white wine,
A to Z Pinot Gris particularly Pinot Grist from Oregon. Her favorite food is Sushi.
